Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I got 10 points counted off my english paper because my vocabulary was too high? Does that make any sense to anyone? Honestly, the only comments he made on my paper was that the vocabulary was too high and I had one misplaced semicolon. When I went and talked to him about it, he said that this paper is meant for undergrad students? Is it my fault that people talk like blubbering morons? Is it my fault that the drivel seeping from most people's mouth is about as intelligent as any coherent thought they try to put together? No. I wrote the paper for my peers. If they can't understand it they should buy a fucking book. I'm not going to fuss about a 90, but still -- this is ridiculous.
