Procrastinating christmas cards
I sent come people some Christmas Cards who gave me an address. I'm proud of myself ^^ I'm a constant procrastinator and usually put other things before stuff like that but I perservered.
I finished my first sememster of REAL college at RSU in Claremore. Made it out with an A, a B, and an Unknown at this time. LOL But I'm glad I survived through it and learned how your actually supposed to study.
As the lease comes up on this house in 8 months, I am counting down, and really pondering what steps I shall make in my future. I've been independent of my mother before, but really only propped my independence by depending on another. So when I move out this time, it'll be way different. It excites me and frightens me at the same time! But I think I can handle it.
The Job Hunt for X-ray Tech ain't so great. Someone reminded me that sometimes you can volunteer, work for free, and get experience. If someone is willing, then I'm up for it! Though I could only volunteer a shift a week. Have to pay my bills ya know.
With next year coming up, I see a lot of true change. Opportunities may open. (Hopefully i'll get the X job)
Although I encourage myself to face the New Year with great Strength and Optimism, I also encourage all of you.
May your gifts be great, but the giving greater.
Speaking of gifts I got an MP3 player with 4 GIGS on it. Which is neat. (hey! i havn't been excited about a gift snce I was like 12 and received Sailor Moon" Doom Tree Series.)Also getting a used Nintendo DS. I don't care if it's used. I needed a game system I could carry around with me to work. there are no games on my phone...Or music. So both gifts work out.
Dunno what my dad got me. My lil bro is going to pay for a wheel Alignment. My bf WAS going to buy me some tires but I think I got 2 necklaces instead. The thing with jewelry is... if I don't wear it I just plain lose it. The second necklace? Haven't even worn it yet, no idea where it is. That's why I prefer practical gifts. Like tires for my poor car. Wouldn't lose those! ha.
Next sememster I face REAL college Algebra. I shall die of course... Also Microecnomics (AGain) And English Comp 1.
my family havn't even opened gifts yet. Bah. Not much to say at this point I guess...
