Life in the ER is not so bad. Rynn only really exsists from 3-5pm and whenever someone comes in from EMS. He's a pretty good preceptor, usually answering our questions and making us look up minimal stuff, he also doesn't ask us silly ID questions that tomasello's and levinson's crew seem to get. Either way, my mid-rotation review came up, and rynn says i'm in a solid B+, and if i pick up 1 extra patient for the next 2 weeks, and my next 2 presentations are as good as my last i should get an A. I have some intresting stories to tell, but i wouldn't tell them due to HIPAA, not here nayway.
Tommorow i need to contact my next preceptor, i will be returning home for 5 weeks. I will miss preeti, but i'll return to her after those 5 cause i'm going back to robert wood johnson mid july. Then she takes off to ithica in mid august, and i will meet with her at the end of august. It will be nice to live together alone. This year will be hectic, but it'll be intresting seeing what next year holds, my first year with a real job and being married. I couldn't imagine myself at this point 8 years ago, or whenever i started writing this thing. But things have turned out very well for me so far, i hope i remain this lucky (or blessed) through out life.
Anyway thats all for now, i need to work on my case presentation, its about a stroke patient, and i need to formulate which topic i will cover for my seminar presentation.
