(no subject)
Sadly, the hard drive is still a distant dream. I HAVE been writing. That at least makes me feel productive. On top of the existing hard drive issue, the car has gone kaput. Yup...totally stuck in my house for now. LOL. And, to make things worse, my husband's grandfather passed away and because of the car breaking down we can't afford a plane ticket for him to fly back home to be with his family. (even if we could get the ticket, there's still the issue of no car to get him to the airport.
And, a friend's marriage has completely exploded and I'm doing what I can to keep her from having a total mental breakdown. Plus side of that? I walked 2 miles to get to her yesterday, so my thigh's should be awesome after awhile.
So, yeah, the hard drive is the least of my problems right now. It's strange...I should be all AARRGH or GRRRR, but I've been surprisingly pleasant and just in a good mood in general. Weird.
I'm gonna go and curl up with an awesome cup of tea in my Maple Leafs cup my mom got me, and read the BEST BOOK IN THE WORLD that my husband was able to get for me. :D
