the past never stays in the past
Things are slowly coming together for the New York trip! I went shopping again today, this time I actually bought something! Its a cute tube top...different, but cute.
I bought a father's day card today. This is the first year in a long time that I actually picked out something for father's day. I didn't even know when the day was. The card is to a Stepdad, which i thought was pretty cool of them to make. Garth and I butt heads now and then, but he's the father-figure in my life.
Steve IMed me tonight, I hate talking to people while they're drunk. I thought he was fucking around at first, but I guess i kinda believe it now. I hope he feels like shit tomorrow. I don't care if he reads this or not. Ya know, I think a lot of the truth comes out when people are drunk, as sad as that sounds. I don't want to have to be drunk to tell the truth. Its funny how much ya learn about someone after you're not together anymore.
I miss my best friend. Its crazy but it feels good to miss someone. He calls on his breaks, even though its usually only for five minutes, its still nice. I'm really happy for him. I like a man in a uniform ;)
Alright I'm gonna go to bed..I've a ton more stuff to do before NY, and Garth and I are gonna work on my car tomorrow!
