(no subject)
Well it's been a long time since I've updated this thing. I think I'm going to start doing it more regularly since it seems like I've lost contact with some people I really care about.
It's also a great way to put off writing a paper... :)
Life has been pretty good lately. I'm finding a great balance between socializing and getting my shit done. I'm holding down two jobs right now and taking 16 credits... and actually doing better in school than I ever have before. I'm also taking cello lessons again, which I'm really enjoying. It's kind of annoying that I have to work so hard on something that I'll just quit again in a few years, but I really do think it helps keep me sane...
I also just changed my minor to philosophy. It may take a little longer to graduate now, but I think it will be well worth it. I enjoy philosophy MUCH more than international relations and i think it will benefit me much more in law school.
I really lucked out with jobs, too. J.Milito sucks balls, but the ladies are so sweet and the hours are so flexible. Same with my street team job with Clear Channel... I really couldn't ask for a better part time job... although sometimes I feel a little worn out from both of these... this soon shall pass... i hope...
I'm also kind of seeing this guy, Rob. I met him in the dorms freshman year and always thought he was pretty cute. We started hanging out more this semester, and I think things are going pretty well, but he is soooo shy and hasn't dated too much. Plus, I'm sure most of you are aware of how awkward I am... well he's about the same... which is endearing on one hand, but frustrating on the other. It's also frustrating because we have the same group of friends and RARELY have one on one time. But he's also cute and sweet and fun and smart and likes REALLY good music and movies and speaks fluent Spanish and (of course) gets along with all my friends (very important). So... if anyone still reads this... I'll keep you posted:)
