Er, RANDOM! you must think. Yeah, well... it is, actually. Buy if there are any 80's kids around, you know, do you remember? 'cos I do remember sitting to watch "Clash of the Titans" and it blew my 7 year old mind away. The creatures and Pegasus flying! And the Kraken (which was so not the way I had imagined it when I read about it in my little Greek Mythology dictionary, but whatever). I so wanted a Pegasus and a golden owl XD
So... yeah, random. But it's just that I'm so nervous about tonight's Euro match and about tomorrow's Rafa match that I can't sit still, I feel like crawling up walls and jumping out of my skin but I swear I've only had one cup of coffee and I haven't ODed on sugar, honestly, yet I'm ADDing like a motherfucker, I have the attention span of... I dunno, a meerkat on crack and a sugar/caffeine rush on top. Or maybe that's a Nole on crack and a sugar/caffeine rush on top. I tried to write a bit but that didn't go well, I couldn't finish one line before I was getting up and then sitting down and then checking out communities and reading stuffs and downloading some pics and opening and closing unfinished icons and staring off into space thinking about bunnies that will never get written and checking emails and trying to answer them then saving drafts because I can't finish writing the replies, then getting up and sitting down again and... yeah, well, you get the idea.
My computer is in pain from this, it's being subjected to abuse and ADDing.
I've bitten my nails to the quick.
It's just nervewrecking that I've had this banner up in my info page for... well, ever since the World Cup, I think. And tonight it comes to an end. :B
So what to do with my complete and utter lack of focus, here?

Then I would go for Leeloo, nothing like an engineered supreme being to guard your back, or Viggo!Aragorn, dude, he went on his own against an army of Uruk-hai. And don't think that Lt. Ripley is not right behind on my list with her own BFG and flame-thrower. And how could I forget Sam&Dean, 'cos they count as one. And maybe Hiro from Heroes, 'cos then I can be a dirty cheater and make him stop time before they get us and blast them all to pieces. Either him or Peter because he has like, what, over 50 different ways to fuck shit up. And lastly, Jim, from 28 days later, because eye candy counts and the kill-or-get-killed raging survival instinct too. Oh wait I forgot Hannibal King. Yes, Blade is meaner but Ryan Reynolds makes me stupid. Oh don't give me that look. *is a massive geek yes what's your point?*
And that's about it. But tomorrow? I just need to see this from Rafa, ok?
I won't take anything less than supreme victory and ass-whooping.
And the same goes for La Selección tonight, y'all!
... well ok, that might not be all.
I think I'm so wired because yesterday one of our dogs got lost in the big bad city. He's about 5 years old but he's been at the shelter since he was a puppy and a voluntary took him to the vet and he's a very nervous pooch and he went mental on the staff. Like never before. He almost bit someone and it's obvious he went into full-panic mode because he slipped off his collar and ran away. That almost never happens, but it's difficult to predict these reactions when they're always in the same place surrounded by ther same people. And I think he hadn't been to the city before, he had only been checked and vaccinated at the shelter. So a co-worker and me had to run all over the city off-shift, then run all over miles of open field and farms and hills after the police called us to inform of a panicked dog on the lose and heading for the outskirts of the city. Dude. After four hours we went back to the car, we couldn't walk anymore and suddenly there he was, standing by the car with his ears and his tail all down and this pained look on his face and we called him and he just came running, still under tranquilizers. He's safe and sound at the shelter now but for those hours, it was a huge scare. He was nowhere to be seen. And imagine you're suddenly lost on a huge unknown place full of noise and people and smells, all strange to you after the safety of your little world? Where to go to? Terrifying. Poor boy. We had luck running into him right before we left. And I think I'm still coming down from the adrenaline rush of running all over looking for him thinking "god, what if we never see him again?". *breathes*
