I've broken the 170lbs mark. And I'm now feeling in control of my food intake. Granted I still have a small "max capacity" but I can choose what I'm eating again. My energy is back at least to what it used to be, and the weight loss is still about 2lbs a week.
Once I get to 165 and below I'm officially "healthy" for my weight. And I will have lost nearly 20lbs this year.
This calls for new pants.
