Fell asleep around 10:30ish, woke WIDE awake at 4:45 due to nightmares. That's after having woken up a few times during the night due to heat/cat/bladder. Didn't drift off until 6:00 (yay mind RACING), then my alarm goes off at 6:15.
Buggers.
Tummy, don't listen to the sleep sensor. You're fine. You will be fine. You have nothing to complain about. At all. Really.
That being said, perhaps the samosas I planned on having for lunch are no longer such a good idea.
This is getting frustrating. And the sleeping pill didn't work so well last time (me and my adaptation to drugs). I'm NOT upping the dosage on something possibly habit-forming. Not that I do take them that often, but still.
