I went to bed at 7:00 PM last night. Yes boys and girls, that's right, 7:00 PM.
I only woke up twice between then and 5:45 this morning, losing at most 1 hour of sleep. (I needed to be up by 6:00 anyway. But I still hit snooze until 6:30.)
So I got, and apparently needed, 10 hours of sleep.
And I still gave in and indulged in a bit of caffiene this morning to clear the fog. Fog is now very cleared, due to my general avoidance of caffiene.
I better not be getting sick.
