1) disease and weakness
2) environmentally driven communism
3) dictatorship, where my policies are created and justified by the scientific method and in place to preserve the health of the land, people and society.
people would be temporarily castrated at birth and would have to apply for a child permit to be un-castrated. for which they would have to go through a series of interviews and form filling, to justify their right to create and raise life.
any independant thought within drones would be stapled and they would be forced to work for the good of the land, to make amends for the carelessness of their forefathers. gender would be all but erased and become merely a minor factor involved in breeding. (although some sex slaves would be put aside for the emperor's convent) and so on and so forth.
