shit is so fucked up. my mom's friend, josephine most likely has cancer. and (this may get a little confusing, just stay with me) my mom's other friend, lisa told my mom and josephine that the reason she has cancer is because she is practicing her religion with the wrong sect. but that she will ultimately survive because of the purity of her heart. and that if one were to view lisa's life from a wide angle, and all the good fortune she is filled with that must mean that she is practicing the right sect, and must mean her affiliation is in the right place. and if one were to look at eleanor's (another one of my mom's friends) life and her suffering she been seized with, that because she is depressed from her separation from her husband the reason is because she is not with her proper sect.
god, people are so fucking stupid. she thinks that her religion is different from anyone else's but it's not. they're all the fucking same, they all create problems and make things even more unjust. its as if you shine a light on only a portion of something and make that portion represent everything in the whole world, completely pushing out of your mind the millions of other things that make up that surface. like science. right, who the fuck needs science. thats just a bunch of bullshit. right?
