Random update
I'm writing this at the cash register at Sharper Image. Oh the perks of management!
So work is insane. Since our store is closing, several people have left, including our store manager. So guess who got promoted? I'm now Assistant, on salary for the two months (?) of our closing sale. Plus I get a raise on top of it! If it weren't for the fact that I already got a second job I'd be more excitied. Seventy hour week? Awesome!
Things with Ian have become... difficult. We aren't talking anymore, mostly due to the fact that he threatened to kill himself if I didn't come back. Guilt and mind games are pretty much a one way ticket to no more Melissa.
P.S. I'm kind of falling hard for my current boyfriend : )
Oh, and I'm moving back to Saint Paul. The suburbs suck.
My other job is at the makeup counter at Nordstroms selling Bare Minerals. No typo. For fourteen dollars an hour, I'll sell pretty much anything.
