the detritus of human habitation is generic.
This could just as easily be Scranton, PA, someplace in NJ, Russia, China, or Hungary

Lovely. Since Russia is full of places like this if I ever make it there this sort of thing would be on my list of things to do. I've seen some amazing photos of abandoned things there.

what's especially interesting to me is - in the local indigenous people language, the name of the area is Death Valley (like the pace in the US)
