Ok well having lost 12kg of which I'm very pleased about but still needing to lose a lot more to get me to the right weight for my height I've decided that exercise is to be the next challenge added to the mix.
I know that I don't have a lot of money to spend but I'm going to give in and spend some of it trying to get fitter which again should help with the weight loss.
I've been a bit stumped about what to due to the physical challenges my body provides but after a good look round whats on offer at the swimming pool local leisure centre and icerink I've narrowed my options down and some phone calls will start being made tomorrow. I have also found that there is a sports club specificaly for the disabled and whilst I hate considering myself in that manner some of the problems I have do lead to disability so I'm going to ring them and take their advise.
The other thing I'm going to do is talk to the gp. A friend in England has been given a voucher to subsidise a period of time doing things at the local gym as she needs support due to disability so hey it can't hurt to approach my dr and see if there is anything similar. I also know there are supposed to be some programes through the job centre to do things so I'm going to approach them and aslo although its not exercise related I'm going to ask for an appointment to see the disabilities advisor as any help or suport I can get into doing anything so I'm not sitting about going mad with boredom whilst I look for work seems all to the good to me.
If anyone has any advise or ideas I'm more than willing to listen to them.

achieving stuff.
