Right-wing Christian fascists

WASHINGTON, June 27 - A fractured Supreme Court on Monday, struggling to define a constitutional framework for the government display of religious symbols, upheld a six-foot-high Ten Commandments monument on the grounds of the Texas Capitol while ruling that framed copies of the Commandments on the walls of two Kentucky courthouses were unconstitutional.

This is disturbing. Um, first of all, how can they say it's constitutional in one state and unconstitutional in another? That is not even logical. Like, if it's a statue it's OK, but if it's framed copies, well that's not OK.

Secondly, wasn't there a little thing we had once called separation of church and state?

Do they have any idea how many people in this great nation of ours are NOT Christians?! What with the Bush boys and now this, I am ashamed to be a Texan.
