Gardening is fun
My vegetable garden is doing great! I just checked and I have onion and garlic coming up, as well as strawberries, a yellow bell pepper, and the beginnings of zucchini. Oh, and the fig tree is exploding. The figs are not ripe yet, though.
I am also trying to move my entire music collection over to a 300 GB hard-drive. It's taking a long time. I'm doing it by letter and after like 2 hours, I'm only up to "D".
Speaking of music, this site is kind of cool: http://www.musicmobs.com/. It checks to see what songs you are playing on your computer, and then lists them in order of the number of times you listen. Then you can click on other people to see what they are listening to. Very cool!
Needs more functionality, though. If only they could combine it with http://www.allmusic.com/. And also combine it with a Friendster/Myspace-type site. (Note: I hate allmusic.com because it continually crashes my machine.)
They should add books and movies, too. Combine it with Amazon. Ooh! And Netflix! And make it syndicated via RSS -- so we could spread it on blogs. Jeffrey, maybe this is the project we should do. We can sell it to Apple. Think about it. OMG the more I think about it, the more I think this is the best idea I've ever had.
Clearly I need to create a new mood theme. I have decided once and for all that this Royal Tenenbaums one SUCKS. Look at that. That is supposed to be curious?!
