I'll do it. That actually sounds like a lot of fun. Can I be blind, too?

I'm serious. If we can't find a way to get a wheelchair in NYC, we do not deserve to visit. I bet we could easily rent one. (Stealing one would probably be bad karma.)

Oh, and BTW, we are ON! Right after I wrote that post, the phone rang -- someone offering me more freelance work. So let's do it. I'll book the ticket this weekend.

If I get to be in the wheelchair, I will also wear really dark sunglasses and pretend to be blind. I would also like to speak with a heavy Hungarian accent.

I have never been to Coney Island so that sounds like fun. But we MUST attend the Yo La Tengo show at Battery Park. That is compulsory. I am pretty sure it's free. We can bring a picnic.

I think it would be more fun to stay in the city. Let's see if we can find a good deal on a hotel.
