Howdy guys! Wow it's been a little while~
Nothing too interesting to report other than some video game nerdage - I beat Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (asdfghj;hgfkd it was amazing) and am like half-way ish through Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep :D But I won't ramble too much about those because I don't want to bore anyone. 1. Most epic last 4 minutes ever. I started crying in an instant and when Hershel took his hat. OMG, I never expected to see his hair.
2. KILL FLORA NOW. I hate useless female sidekicks and she was utterly useless.
3. Big Luke was hot. But having played the 1st two parts, I didn't believe one minute in the future-theory and was really excited what the real explanation would be. Though that dissappointed me a little. I mean, building a 2nd London under the real London with a (real, fake, imaginary?) sky and an additional underground? Whut? Time travelling would have been more realistic. XD
4. And speaking about big Luke (aka evil Clive). His character was too flat. His parents got killed by cruel scientists (why are scientists always the bad guys? I'm feeling guilty. |D), so he had to build a big robot to kill more innocent people, but just wanted Layton to stop him deep in his heart? *headdesk*
But I loved it. I haven't solved all puzzles, I'm probably gonna start all over, cause I didn't even reached 4200 picarats until now and this time I want to get the videos.

Meh, underground London was no less believable than the hallucinogenic gas solution in Diabolical Box to me ^^;
...and I really liked Clive? >__> And I felt bad for him, especially after how much of a dick Bill Hawks was.
But eh. I at least agree about the ending and Hershel and his taking off the hat. God, I was bawling.

I thought the gas more convincing, since they were underground there and the gas couldn't really get away. Though being "high" all your life... XD
Clive was really cool! And Bill Hawks was an ass. But Clive could have been cooler, he became a victim of "omg, we have to move the plot forward. FASTER!"
Oh and on a last note, did you manage to get those deliveries done? I solved the 1st two, but was way to stupid for the rest. |D

Yeah, I guess I can agree with you on that. They really shafted her. I guess what I was trying to get at (and this is why it's so frustrating, argh) is that some of us can see Flora's potential and how cool it would've been if she'd played more of a role. I mean, think about it - Luke vs. Flora epic puzzle-solving rivalry? It could've been awesome! So I guess I can say I like the idea of her character, maybe not necessarily the direction they took with her (or maybe it's that they didn't take her far enough.)

Well, the thing that was hard to believe about the hallucinogenic gas thing for me was because... uh, everyone having the exact same hallucination? Really? XD But it WAS cool to see Folsense fall apart like that in cutscene. (I feel weird saying that a city falling apart is cool >_>)
And no, I did not get very far with those stupid delivery things D: Though I admit I haven't tried very hard at anything other than the sticker books (which I'm still missing some). It seems a lot of people have trouble with the parrot deliveries though.
How did the race track thing treat ya? I liked that better, it reminded me of the hamster minigame from DB, which I enjoyed ^^

A Luka vs Flora puzzle-rivalry would be really cool, Luke possibly thinks to highly of his puzzle-solving skills. XD
You're right! I never thought about the fact they all had the same hallucination. o.O
It was not a real city, so it's okay to like it falling apart. XD And destrcution scenes in this game are always epic. I loved the part in the first game, when Paolo tried to overroll them with the ferris wheel. :3
I tried them for quite a bit, but I didn't even found out how to place the first rope correctly. There were way too much possibilities. But good to hear, more people had trouble with that.
Though I didn't really needed the parrot anyway, cause the hint coins were easy to find. I had the feeling I had more than in the last games, but maybe I only got better in searching.
The car game was fun. I solved about 5 I think and was too lazy to think about the rest. XD But that was more fun, cause it was logical. (But nothing could beat the epic hamster game. I loved that, too!)
And the sticker stories were fun and cute. I lacked some of the 3rd story, too, so I never found out, what good happened. |D
