I saw the trailer when I went to see AVP. And I swear it was practically the same scene from LOST when we first "see" the smoke monster. I'm just really sick of this poser is all. I mean if all he wanted to do was direct movies, I think he could have spared the viewers of his shows who invested a lot of time and energy by just jumping ship and let someone else take a stab at it.

Funny you should mention that. The more the curiosity angle was milked, both in Lost and in Cloverfield, the less interested I became in it. I have no interest whatsoever in watching either. It looked kinda silly, actually. Glad to have you confirm my suspicions. Sorry you wasted your time on poop though.

I only watched Alias, which was fine for a couple of seasons until it became real convoluted. OMG tie up those loose ends.

Never watched Lost, but people swear by it. Tried it and *I* got lost. :-(

*laughs* j, just when i think i can't heart you anymore than i do, you go and post something like this. i haven't seen it, just the trailer alone was enough to keep my $9.50. I'm so through w/ abrams right now, he could find the cure for cancer and i'd still hate on him...
