GUESS WHAT, GUESS WHAT, GUESS WHAT?!?!?!?! (This is where everyone goes... "WHAT!?!?") We are playing THE most amazing song ever... besides Children, and Blue Rondo, and It don't mean a thing... okay, not the most amazing song, but close. It's called Seven come Eleven, and it's by Benny Goodman... AND! I get to play CLARINET!!! In JAZZ BAND!! I think Mr. Steele got tired of me bugging him...
So after Jazz I stayed till swimming and I did some hard core clarinet practicing... unfourtunatly, my solo is pretty much a lost cause...
In other news, swim practice was hilarious today, Phil is one silly chico.
"Then you put your hands like this"
"Like a moose?"
"Yes like a ... NO, not like a moose, like a swimmer!"
"This is you"
"That's not me.. that's a kickboard"
Ah.. swimming makes me happy. I really don't know why, so don't ask. Something about the feeling where you just inhaled chlorine and can't breath and the lactic acid running through your veins and when you finally do get a breath your muscles freeze up... it's the greatest. *happy sigh*
RAINBOW tomorrow! Yay, I'm superly excited. (Rainbow = CYO Youth Conference at the RenCen)
