Elton John and a few fish!
Today was a fun (and exausting) day!!
We went to get tickets for Billy Elliot (YAY) and then went to lunch, to get tickets for Philadelphia Story tomorrow night (YAY) and then went to the London Aquarium (YAY) - although there were no dolphins or penguins (FALSE ADVERTISING). After that we went to have tea and after some dissapointment we ended up having tea and croissants... before wandering around covent gardens and doing some souvenier shopping, went to Westminster Cathedral, then went to see BILLY ELLIOT... WONDERFUL
so, we went into the auditorium, found our seats - first row, on the aisle :-) and we were just hanging out when I hear the woman behind me say "Oh, I think Elton John wrote the music for this, and he's standing about five rows behind us..." And we look, sure enough, Elton John is standing in the middle of the aisle hanging out. So being a horrible theatre goer, I took out my camera after Renee's pleading and snapped a few pictures... everyone else was doing it! So the show was great, We saw James, a different Billy than I had seen before, and he was wonderful as well! AHH, I can't even think of what else to say right now! It's time to say goodbye to Renee :-( and I should probably say goodbye to everyone else since we're going to see the queen tomorrow!
