My weekend was a nice one... On Saturday, I got to play Cranium until 3:30 in the morning in front of a fire while drinking chocolate martinins (Absolut Kurrant Vodka and Godiva liquer) with some old friends who were visiting. The first fire of the season was so nice. Now, I need more kindling!
There was some minor drama with my furnace. It suddenly started leaking (steadily pouring, really) and was standing in inches of steaming water.. All the windows in my house were fogged up from it! The oil company sent someone out though around 1 AM and he fixed it quickly, but I was stressed about it at first.
We slept in on Sunday and went to Cha for lunch. Another indicator of winter is the black bean soup that returns to their menu! Amazing.. My friends were very impressed...
Tonight is grocery shopping, dry cleaners, and Scrabble at Animal's...
