How have I survived this long without Trader Joe's?!
They have this great bag mix of swiss chard (all colors), savoy, and bright lights
cut and washed for under $3... All you need is hoisin, garlic, and chili paste for nearly instant satisfacion... And it really tastes fresh! I swear I need to start a food blog...

Monday I had a fun night with Em and my new friend Animal.. That's her stage name and what everyone calls her.. You just get used to it after a while.. We played Scattergories with some other women that I just met and we've promised to meet for games at least every other Monday so that's cool.. Next week is shows galore:
Belle and Sebastian on Wednesday, Rufus Wainwright Friday, Ani Difranco on Saturday, and Josh Ritter on Sunday.. bizzee!
