last night, it was my lolo and lola's despedida. boohoo. everyone's leaving for the states but kami ayaw ng us embassy. panget. anyway, change subject. we had a very very filling and sarap-to-the-bones dinner. check out one of the main dishes. may before and after pics pa!
my nerdy side lit up when i saw the dish. shempre i was naming bone parts tapos i tried to form the skeletal system (kaso durog na and the other parts were missing!). to tell you the truth, it DID NOT taste bad! it tastes like chicken adobo, even better because there was no skin. masarap yung gastrocnemius at yung semimembranosus (tama ba?) hahaha.
