Notes: I sort of cribbed from myself, as I used a similar idea for a Woman/Sheepskin/Marijuana prompt at Numb3rs dot org. But that version was 683 words.

Her roommate gave her the sheepskin jacket when she moved out. Amita appreciated the gesture; LA could get coolish in the winter.
She wore the jacket when she went to Charlie's.
It was a beautiful, crisp autumn day and Charlie was barbecuing steaks. Amita went out to assist and to admire the sunset.
The brisk wind made her eyes water and she dug into her pocket for a Kleenex. Her hand encountered something unfamiliar, so she pulled it out. Her face reddened as she gaped at the glassine envelope filled with something leafy.
"That's not oregano, is it?" Charlie smirked.
