*** My mum is looking for someone to rent the back flat of her house, you would get: Two bed room granny flat that is fully independant from the house (meaning own phone line, electricy and water) you'd get use of the pool when you want. BBQ usage! Kitchen Laudry the only "maintence" other then house cleaning is a quick mow if the lawn infront (it's like 2m square 2 min job) PRIVACY & all that for $180 p/w interested let me know!**
