My plot to take over the universe continues apace

I'm going shooting on Sunday.

The gentleman who will be teaching me is a doctor.

And single.

Don't know as it depends on the weather and pistols.

Medicine.

I feel so special now.

Your ability to provide detail is... underwhelming. Have fun shooting. What TYPE of medicine? And hey, you're a determined spinster, right? Riiiight??? Hah.

I know he mentioned the type and caliber, but all I remember is "pistol." What can I say, I'm blonde...at I am in the areas that aren't going white.

Pediatrics.

I can be a spinster and still go shooting with a cute, single doctor who is my age and has his shit together. So, Ha! right back.

Heh, As you said... blonde in those areas not going gray....

Hrm... I hear 'psycho' warning bells... He's cute, works with kids, 'has his shit together' and has managed to get as old as you and still be single? I'm going to disbelieve at least two or three of those till proven otherwise... unless he's gay. ;-p

Frankly, it shocks me, too. He's also a massive D&D geek, which might explain the singleness or perhaps the possible psycho-ness.

You might know him? It's Jim, the Jerk-Man's friend(see previous post).

Am getting a white streak in my hair. It's freaking out the parents. 8)

Yeah, that might explain a few things...

Nope, can't say it rings a bell. I never really hung out with D or his crowd. Can't say that's a positive mark for Jim, but...

And I'm going to bet your Dad's actually pretty mellow about it, but your Mom...

Can't say that's a positive mark for Jim, but...

Generally, I would agree, if it wasn't for the whole having his shit-together-thing.

...but that whole saga is a much longer story than would fit in a comment box and I can't imagine that it would interest you. It wouldn't interest me if it wasn't for the participants. 8)

Can't say the saga actually interested me, but I got most of it from Zoe and Darby at dinner last week anyways...
