THIS THING WILL HAVE SPOILERS. I will try to write as little as I can and make a BETTER essay in a little bit, with more infos and such, but, yeah, SPOILERS: THEY ARE HERE.

Height: Did I ever mention I suck at guessing heights? She's shorter than Roxas!?
Weight: probably whatever average weight she should be at I guess :(
Physical Traits Ok, here's a funny part. SPOILERS AHEAD ok.
It's pretty clear in canon that how people see Xion depends on a whole lot of factors. And HAHAH I STILL DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THESE FACTORS ARE EXACTLY. At the beginning, I assumed people see her how she is in the icons if they met Naminè or Kairi, since... well, that's her face, too. I think that might be still a factor, but I'm not entirely sure. Axel starts seeing her without the hood only after she asks him if they could be friends and he agrees! Riku sees her with the hood at first, then peeks under it and is SHOCKED!!1!-- probably because he sees her with Kairi's face. On their next meeting, he sees the regular Xion in the icons. Xigbar saw her with Ventus' appearances near the end-- and I thiiink we will understand exactly why only after Birth by Sleep comes out, but I'm guessing it'll have to do with something like Ventus is Sora is Roxas-- so, a connection with Xion as well. FINALLY, at the end of the game Roxas sees her as Sora. All of this to say, Xion's appearance change depending on who looks at her, most probably. I think it's best to assume that most people see her with the hood on for the great majority of time, and only people who she develops a relationship with will see her with an actual face. Unless you specifically comment on her looks, it shouldn't really ever come up anyway, so, yeah.
Because that's too complicated, feel free to just go with how she looks in the icons.
What's Okay to mention around him/her: I would generally prefer not to have fourth-walling. I'm taking Xion post-game, so she knows everything already, but LET'S NOT TELL HER SHE'S A FICTIONAL CHARACTER. Or something. Aside from that, I think I can deal with everything said ICly in a IC way! If I'd rather you not say or do something, I'll PM you.
Abilities: First of all, Xion can use the Keyblade and is good enough at fighting! At the end of the game, she starts becoming stronger for SPOLER REASONS I won't list here, too, so, she knows a good number of moves. Aside from that, she can also use some basic magic spells like Fire, Blizzard etc.
Note for the Psychic: AGAIN, SPOILERS.
I'm gonna just say most relevant things \o/ If you think you'd pick that up, go ahead. Firstly, Xion is a replica! I will go deeper on that on a essay later on, but suffice to say that she is basically a part of Sora, and a part of Roxas as well. IT'S KIND OF LIKE SHE'S THEIR LOVECHILD. She has Sora's memories of Kairi and the time they spent together-- and that's basically her past before the Organization XIII days, since she never was an actual person. She doesn't really have anything EVIL AND OBSCURE!! on her mind and doesn't really have any dark terrible secrets, even if she might hide things about the organization and stuff, so, a normal girl on that point.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Not sure about shapeshift and bodyswap because of the stuff I listed on physical traits, but drop me a note and we can see!
Maim/Murder/Death: I'd rather you not, but feel free to drop me a note if you want to.
Kissing/Hugging: No objections to that
