Pern:

Dragonflight
Dragonquest
Drangonsong
Dragonsinger
Dragondrums
The White Dragon
Dragonsdawn
Renegades of Pern
All the Weyrs of Pern
The Dolphins of Pern

I stopped reading there, but I think there might be more set after The Dolphins of Pern.

There are also a few books that can be read at any point (Nerika's Story, Moreta: Dragonlady Of Pern), but I'd wait until you've finished Dragondrums at least.

BTW, most guides tell you to read The White Dragon before the Harper Hall trilogy. DON'T! There's tons of spoilers for Dragonsong and Dragondrums in The White Dragon.

awesome! This gives me a good list to check against what I have on my shelves!

Sister shoved all of her pern at me before she moved out of mom and dad's. That was um.. 10ish years ago. I think it's time to reeeads them.

on the note of spoilers, I would read "all the weyrs"...and possibly "dolphins"... before dragonsdawn

theres also "the girl who heard dragons" and "the littlest dragon boy" all of which I'd probably put before "all the weyrs", and after "The White Dragon". I think "The Littlest Dragonboy" is only available in her antholigies, it's a short story.
"Moreta" can be read at any point- after "Dragonquest" mild spoilers if you read it before that.

oo, and The Skies of Pern (last) and First Fall (any time after Dragonsdawn), and "runner of Pern", after the Harper Halls I think (another short story)

Runner of Pern after Harper books, definitely. Masterharper of Pern at any point after the Harper Halls to get the backstory on that.
