Mmm winter!
Okay so it's winter. I mean like, the temperature is representing this fact finally.
And I was thinking it'd be nice to have a nice thick/chunky soup to freeze. Now I know how to make them from scratch, well I know how to make chicken soup from scratch, that is not what I'm looking for here.
What I want is quick and dirty soup. *G* The sort that starts from store bought stock and then you add veggies and ground meat.
Anyone got recipies? Note: Ami + Onions = Bad. So no recipies that are havily onion based, avoiding the onion all together is good actually.
