Friday Update
Meals on wheels went well today. I didn't have one grumpy person in the lot.
the weather is a little colder, heck a lot colder than I would like.
I saw a infomercial for the firm one month work out plan and I bought it. should be arriving in a couple of weeks. in the mean time I gotta start running again!
this weekend is going to be buuusssyyy.... two BBQ's on saturday, Yohance's soccer game on sunday... I don't know if the girl friends and wives were being serious about bringing adult beverages to the game but I think I might.
