At a point of change
I had another kidneystone attack this friday. It was very painful.. I had to go to the doctor to get post-surgury painkillers for it. But I'm okay now.. Pray that this leaves me soon.
I moved in with a communal house organized by Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.. It's lots of fun, just like home without the fuss and twice the faith. I feel much at home here..
Heather.. oh Heather.. she get worried about the derndest things.. bless her heart.. I love her to death and I just want her to stop fretting on those non-existant shadows of her mind like the shadows in a cold dark bedroom-only to turn the light on and realize that the demon-possessed moose is actually a jacket on a coat rack. Everything is fine and yet we as humans must find reasons to not relax.
She was so nice to me last night. I was a little upset abou t stuff and she took me out to steak and shake and made me laugh and blush. That's my girl. Always there to cheer me up.. I think she's a keeper.
This morning I actually got up at 7:30am to pray, at the invitiation of Ken and Chris at home.. these guys are great.. they got me to grow immediately.. I need to pray more.. I need to read more.. I just need to be more. And may I be so in Him.
