let's see... after much cleanage of the house:
ate sub
brother left (in MY car!)
jane arrived in hilde
we took my mom's car (ARGH! suckness) to rivas's house
(but first stopped by publix to see lane [and get his key] and for me to ask off for next sat. and sun. because of allstate)
listened to rivas's band - those kids rock
they still rock... it was awesome! rivas is a badass drummer and those kids were blasting those dual lead guitars... sum41-esque harmony rockage. except better, really. just not quite as together. so much fun to listen to.
went to eat at momo's with... um, a bunch of kids. some leon musicians - they seem to think rick lollar is a cocky bastard. but rick is one of the nicest kids i know. and he's pretty modest about his talents - i mean, he knows he's awesome, but he doesn't go around telling people. anyways... leon = good music... lincoln = not so good. chiles = rick lollar. end of story.
brought jane back to my house and then we both went over to lane's apartment... no one was there so we started watching south pacific that leon put on summer of 2000. i went to go see it... it was a trip down memory lane. especially for lane, who was in it. and amy. heh. it would have been okay if the lead guy wasn't so wretched. anyways.
i don't remember the order that people showed up in... i think travis was first, then somehow marshall, lane, jeremy, amy, mark, and sarah got there... mark left and i called him and he thought i was derek, asking him to stop off next door to their house and pick me up. but it was me, telling him to stop off next door to their house and tell derek to come play poker. i bet the jerk never showed up - too distracted by that emily chick. grrr. [most] girls are evil.
mark and derek got their own cell phones for christmas! awesome.
so, south pacific degenerated into nothingness and the poker began. i was seeing jane off and they became impatient - no good. travis did get locked out for a second though, which was amusing although somewhat annoying.
poker... man. what can i say. i love poker. i love those guys. even travis at his worst - they're all awesome. i'm so mad that derek wasn't there though! he's great. it's always fun when jeremy plays too, he's hilarious. also he tried to bluff me and bet a dollar bill!!!! [GASP!!!!]!!!11!!!!!1! absolutely unheard of in our poker games. i called his ass and took it - YES. i thought i should have quit after that hand and left, but i kept going - and after winning another $1.50 or so on the next hand i packed up all my change [which was now considerably higher in my coin mug] and headed home. travis still owes me $4 from bowling though... heh.
and somehow, i have four more dollar bills in my wallet than i did when i left my house for the first time tonight. after eating at momo's. oh, i guess it's because i finally got my 5 back from rivas. i think? i still paid 5 dollars though... hmm. i hope i paid my share at dinner! where did those extra 3 come from?? OH - marshall paid me back for the rest of bowling.
i hate money so much. i love poker when it doesn't matter - but when money is in large amounts and you just have to worry about it... it's just a problem. ugh.
i got home 50 minutes late and my parents were asleep, of course. they don't care half as much as they would like to try to pretend to make themselves think that they do.
whatever - life is still great. even though i don't have a car right now. all-state is soon! just a few days. i don't know my music... whatever. no one will notice. ah.. i love allstate.
this entry is long and pointless. i'm going to go to sleep so i can possibly wake up for church this morning and not disappoint anyone.
goodnight all
