Mmmm....the taste of winter

For dinner tonight, I had two bowls of the Turkey Carcass Soup I learned to make from imbri6. It's PERFECTION: jelly in the fridge, rich and brown once warmed. This time, for the first time, I used cubed breast meat (to use it up) instead of the regular scraps. Methinks no one will get breast-scrap leftovers Ever Again!

(Also, there are pumpkin squares w/ cream cheese frosting and FLAN in the kitchen!)
