This is actually only the second or third thing I've ever read in the Bones fandom, but I'm working on a Harry Potter/Bones fic and I wanted to check to make sure there wasn't something already very similar to what I was writing before I really got started. And I saw your fic on the Bones page and thought the summary looked really good, so I clicked and read (and read and read) and then was hoping there was more somewhere else and came to look. I'm so happy that I did!

Understanding with the topics you've addressed is so important, I think, because it always feels (to me) that no one could understand because putting it into words that make sense is so difficult. That's one of the reasons I write fanfiction, because somehow it's easier to me when it's fictional characters and it's easier to show and write instead of having to say it. I think that's one of the things I really connected to the most was how Temperance couldn't say anything, because even with all the facts and things she knows, she also knows that people won't understand her or won't listen and won't do anything to help. I'm glad that there are people who understand.
