Two recommendations: SGA and Bones

There is an old story, "The Songs of Athos" that I just read via a rec. It is Teyla's POV early in S1 SGA and it is BRILLIANT...her attitudes about Earthkind and how she sees things contrasted to the presumptions and attitudes of the military members of the expedition...and their failure to explain the pieces that she didn't know and the way that Earth people perceive music as opposed to the living, changing, always-there way that she perceives it. It's gorgeous and brilliant and thought-provoking.

And via rec from TT, thevaliumsofalj did a Psych Analysis of Booth that is detailed and SO how I see the character and nuanced and thoughtful and thought-provoking and had a few tidbits that I'd never thought of. It's truly excellent.
