Yesterday I scored 125 essays. I did 165 today. I am pleased with this. My accuracy is good. I'm finding that I am scoring easily and comfortably and
Yesterday I was dopey and dozed off much of the morning...my eyes kept crossing. Today I was alert all day. I'm caffeinating twice a day: morning large iced coffee from Starbucks and lunch most-of-a-can of Diet Coke (nasty stuff).
This is Day 3 and I've been to the gym and done at least 22 min of cardio every day (after the reading the first day, at 5:45 am yesterday and today). I've done weights twice (first day and today). Yesterday and today I went straight from the reading to a WONDERFUL hour-long yoga session that will go for three more days every day after the reading. I've been eating veggies and fruits and nuts and protein and staying away from junk and hoarding food and bringing fruit and nuts back to the room for my dinners.
I've gotten to bed at 10pm and then 10:20 pm.
I'm, like, taking care of myself. Weird.
I've gotten now writing done yet. :-(
But it's a nice, relaxing time, mostly. QUIET, and that's good. I admit I am a little stiff, though.
