Great fanfic out there, sadly, I'm not getting to much of it.

"The Center Must Hold" by ayiana2. Outstanding, perfectly-painful bit set between the regular universe stuff of the last 2 Bones eps of S4.
"On Slippery Slopes and Fragile Balances" by ayiana2. Fantastic Booth-POV during- and post-S5x01. Really awesome.
"The Truth of You" by bite_or_avoid. Fantastic Brennan-POV post-S5x01.
"Partners" by bite_or_avoid. Very sweet bit about Brennan, correcting people, and definitions.
Torchwood (Yes, definitely CoE spoilers...but not ickiness, imo)
"To Do List" by nancybrown. Ianto and Lois are the perfect assistants and organizers and Torchwood is lucky to have them both...but who will make the coffee? READ THIS!

Amazing story and its sequal, which takes the few little facts and lets Jo Grant be Ianto's mum after all, then, on a promise from the Doctor, shoots post-CoE Jack into an amazing and compelling AU.
"In My Unique Position" by nancybrown. Separate from the above is this amazing drabble series that is Alice and Jenny. Fantastic.
ETA: "Prodigal" by nancybrown. Brilliant story following Jack's children and his interactions with them, with varying, fantastic-every-time POVs.
