Doctor Who 4x13 GLEE

They made things canon!!!!

• There are to be multiple pilots on the TARDIS!
  
• Mr. Smith's start-up music is his own pompous fanfare, not an effect from the show's soundtrack.
  
• Gwen Cooper is from an old Cardiff family!
  
• Luke is 14 (or...his cover is that he is).
  
• That half-human crap from the '96 movie is NOT CANON--w00t!
  
• That Nine was indeed regenerated/born out of the blood and death and rage of the Time War--that Nine was the regeneration that followed whatever that last act of the Time War. Though I also like that Nine could have regenerated slightly before and then BEEN the one to push the final button, but I think the dialogue more supports that the end of the Time War triggered the regeneration into Nine.
  

Things I loved:

• Everyone got to meet!
  
• All the companions hugged all the others!
  
• Martha and Rose thought each other were cool.
  
• Jack's HUGE respect for Sarah Jane...and him thinking (rightly so) that she's hot.
  
• Davros remembered Sarah and she faced him down.
  
• Sarah got to see Rose again!
  
• Daleks ranting and threatening IN GERMAN!!! Hee!!!
  
• Wilf's exchange at the end with the Doctor. Totally sold that for me, and honoring both OUR Donna and the Doctor each night as his tribute...gorgeous.
  
• Dalek Caan being the destructor of the Daleks.
  
• Tosh perfecting a Time Lock.
  
• Jack getting himself shot so he'd be "dead" and free to wander the ship.
  
• The montage of the fallen companions and almost-companions, Davros accusing him of turning his companions into weapons, but really they are defenders as much as he is.
  

Things I wish/hope:

• That someone had explained to Rose that SHE made Jack immortal
  
• I wish that Jack had, on first suggestion, enthusiastically hugged Donna. I wish that Donna, even though she's not skinny/tiny/young, was treated as the Hot and Sexy Woman she is
  
• That the SHOW realized that the "Bad Wolf" is not Rose, but rather the TARDIS.
  
• That Ten weren't so sanctimonious about, "He committed genocide!" Um...honey? So did you. It just didn't stick. You didn't commit it any less.
  
• I wanted Rose to reply to Martha's, "He found you," with "No. I found him."
  

I'm sure there will be plenty of more things...and there are SO MANY from "Turn Left" and "Stolen Earth" but I'm just SUCH a HAPPY little fan. I love my show.

ETA: Maybe I should have waited till AFTER the mead to make the Filled With Love post. *grin*
