Sunday's Gleee

Good things about today:

• I forgot to mention in yesterday's bulk post: I'm NOT pregnant! Woo!
  
• Got to sleep in AGAIN while my daughter watched cartoons in my bed. Awwwww.
  
• My son has been kissing on me and snuggling with me LOTS the last couple of days.
  
• Got to chat with evil_overlord, even if only briefly.
  
• Have felt really quite good the last few days--almost no coughing, breathing is good. I think I'm actually well, though I'll still cough a bit for a while yet, as I tend to do.
  
• Had yummy leftovers for dinner--everyone got something they liked--while watching the Guilty Pleasure with my family.
  
• Nice, cool weather--I actually needed socks and long sleeves in the house! Woo!
  
• My husband proved again that he is wonderful by doing the driving-all-day thing to deliver furniture to finabair so I wouldn't have to.
  
• LOL! Another part of the Really Bad Traumatic Brain Injury story (Sam, SG1, completely WRONG medically, a total wallow) just dropped! *giggle*

Things I did well today:

• I graded several papers--many of which were outstanding.
  
• I got the kitchen cleaned up and pots and pans washed.
  
• I made the wise decision to stay home and just have a quite day.
  
• I read several of my favorite childhood books to my daughter.
  
• Although I fretted a bit, I didn't spend the day moping and obsessing about Ben.
  
• I sicc'ed Elf on her Daddy for her repeated "I'm scared. I need water. My gate is broken." claims after night-night since he was gone all day. *grin*
