And I can make this funny gurgling, squeaking sound in my upper chest/throat just by breathing a long breath out.

I think it's kind of funny. My mom, who's a nurse who's done a lot of oncology work, did not think it was funny, as to her, it's a sound she's used to hearing when people are dying
