I. Feel. So. Good!
I took ibuprofin later--and then stronger meds--lay down on the heating pad and rested, and then went to the health and wellness fair the church I've been going to (for the mercenary child care and opportunity to sing--I've been very clear about my beliefs so I'm not lying by omission) and got a lovely short massage. My L4-L6 spot that I injured was still cranky, so I stretched it, which made it all better.
Then I sat up straight in a chair at choir practice and got to sing. Must. Take. Albuterol with me tomorrow. Got the wheezy, congested cough (which is funny, since, according to the allergy/asthma specialist, I don't have asthma and don't react to allergy tests...), but sang decently and never had the lady say, "Um, you...that's painful." I asked afterward if I sounded off-key, and she said nothing had stood out.
Yay! Singing!
Yay! Feeling good!
Yay!
