I am making spaghetti tonight.
I made meatballs earlier (with hamburger that was waaaaay too greasy and then I overcooked them in the oven...*sigh*), and they are now simmering in the sauce.
There are lemon bars in the oven for dessert.
Soon I will cook the oh-so-yummy
Hodgson Mill wheat pasta.
But I have no zucchini!!! I thought I did. I thought I had some. Really.
I was going to pour it all over the top of my pasta and sauce and meatballs. It was going to be healthy.
I will have to settle for the 3 cups of leftover asparagus I had for lunch. :-(
