I have been planning and writing this for a few months now, and it's going into effect next week. I'm really proud of it, and, now that it's all together, am ready to share it.

I'm just terribly excited about it. I forgot to mention that tv_elf proofread it for me and offered suggestions back when I first got it typed in.

Oh my gosh, I'm so jealous. I would have been all over this! I hope kids participate, Jones was kind of lacking in the spirit department. I can't wait to see how it goes. :D

This is really amazing. I wish we'd had such programs back when I was a kid (a LOOOOOOONG time ago) as I would have been all over it. Managing the challenges and REWARDS of diversity is my pet project as an adult (I am one of 10 to 15 white people in an otherwise entirely African-American company, and in the past have been the only American woman in an Asian Indian male-based company) and I can only imagine the value this program would have had to me in expanding my outlook AND my outreach. So, imagine what the kids who go through THIS are going to be like in 20, 30 years. Their lives will be incredibly enriched by what you are doing.

You are to be applauded! ::claps enthusiastically::
