She was one of the very few persons he was a bit distant with, but still rather affectionate. Because his sister too is kind of a genius, he always admired her and his silly dream as a child was to work with his father and her. He liked her personality, because Giselle was always rather funny and cheerful, and he liked to generally spend time with her.
Things became a little different after he joined S.E.E.S.. While he still admires her and respect her greatly, he started to become a little more suspicious and, especially, doesn't feel as loved as he initally thought by her (which is the case, since she actually does hate him). That was partly the reason he preferred to keep living in the dorms, since he has people (well, Katori mainly) who he feels loved by there.
His Power Ranger love is like a bad habit that he can't quit. One day, his mom told me "hey, I saw this show, it's kinda cute" and made him (more like forced) to watch it: it was love at first sight. Ever since then he feels bad if he misses even just one ep.
As for that, it would be a big shock for Delaine, one he would not be able to deal with at all. Especially because it's his sister, it would be difficult for him to know what to do and he would be extremely scared. More than likely he would try to hide.
He would probably try to gather proof to send her in prison when he recovers from the shock, but even then and even if he succeeded, that would still have been a hard thing to deal with, especially because he spent most of his life hating his father for abandoning them.
