... Not... exactly. It means 'Demi-fiend'. As in, half demon. Though my body's that of a demon, I have what you could call a human heart. I'm... more of a special demon who has a specific role in my world.

... But regular demons do that enough as it is. I mean, wouldn't you rather use your title for something constructive?
