It's Christmas Eve, 11pm. Outside, it's raining, and the busiest night of the year turned out to be one of the quietest, because everyone finished their shopping before 5pm. Not that I'm complaining. This year has been, on the whole, averagish. I know I've been pretty crap at communicating lately, so I apologise for that - it's something I'm working on.

Maybe next year will be better.
