It's Almost Over

So things have been a little hectic, for obvious reasons. I think if I spent this kind of effort on my degree, I'd be getting first class honours. That's life, I guess. All the stuff that's fun to do doesn't matter in the long run. At least, that's what they tell me. This time Tuesday, my semester will be over, and I will have four glorious weeks off. Well...four glorious weeks off from school. I still need to work, which doesn't really make it a holiday, but still. There are a few stories I'd like to get finished over that time - Elysium is at 34,000 words, but has taken something of a back seat thanks to fandom news. The kink meme is on again, and I feel obligated to write something, even though I only owned up to one of the five I posted last time. The Rossi/Prentiss family picnic-a-thon is annoying me, because I suck at integrating OCs. I will keep hitting it with a hammer to see if that works.

I am going to go eat my tofu stirfry and take a look at what stories I can update tonight. Probably The Clockwork Boy or Wait for the Wheel, if anything.
