Thanks to Supernatural, I have been listening to Carry On Wayward Son over and over again. This is not particularly conducive to my studying habits, considering I have the urge to start air guitaring every thirty seconds. The good news is, it's inspired me for at least two sequels to Sound of Silence, with vague plots worked out in my head. Unfortunately, it's that busy time of year, and I'm research reporting instead of fic writing.
Onto the academia stuff.
So we did a study on the impact of promotion of independence versus promotion of volitional functioning in parenting styles. Tell me then, readers - what kind of relationship did you have with your parents? Has it affected who you are as an adult? (If you are indeed an adult). Did you parents push you to think for yourself? Did they provide an environment in which you could give your opinions towards family decisions?
Go for it.
education is awesome
